Coroncina, Frantoio and Leccino olives (the most cultivated olives in the high Macerata) are cold-pressed to "ALFEO" realization.
It’s an original, harmonious and balanced of fruit and almonds oil. This blen of yellow color is for the presence of Leccino and green highlights thanks to Coroncina.

TIPS: it’s recommended in the composition of green sauce and for foods of Italian cooking where delicate flavors are enhanced by the quality of the oil.
