Today the “DRIED SAUSAGE”, is possible find only in some cellar farm. Coarse grained with a size larger than the others, they are indicated to the lovers of full and rich flavors, without compromises.
DRIED SAUSAGE is derived from the pork, without boars and sows, coming from farming of white breeds crossed and selected in the National territory, salt, pepper and saccharose.
The product is vacuum packed to guarantee hygiene and a better quality.
