PRODUCTION
With his family Berloni has reinvented, reworking old receip and after historiographical and organoleptic, a liqueur extracted from the infusion of leaves and olive tree cortex in alcohol, adding sugar and natural aromas, with a traditional process that takes several months. The annual production, in fact, is strictly proportional to the number of olive trees of the property and it doesn’t exceed 6.000 bottles
The result is a liqueur with digestive virtues, of amber color, sweet balsamic taste, a light bitterish background with an alcoholic strength of 30° Celsius.
PAIRINGS
Very versatile, you can taste it at natural, fresh or with ice in summer and warm with a slice of lemon in winter. Also good on the ice-cream, on the crepes and cocktails.
