HARVEST: the middle of October METHOD OF PRODUCTION: The method is done by maceration at controlled temperature for 14-15 days in vats of medium capacity. Maturation takes place in steel for 9 months and complete the aging for an additional 6 months in bottle. COLOR: Intense ruby red color tending to garnet with violet highlights. PERFUME: : The intense and fruity fragrance has notes of black cherry and Mediterranean complemented by a vein of roasting. TASTE: elegant and balanced, with good tannic texture well supported by the sensation of alcohol. GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS: It is recommended to combine it with white and red meats, grilled lamb and pork, or venison, very good for all cheeses. TEMPERATURE: about 18-20°C. ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH: 13,5%
