Marcozzi Di Campofilone is very proud to introduce dry egg pasta Special Selection QM – Qualità garantita delle Marche, that is a regional geographical indication for our products, according to European Commission law regulating food safety.
This indication shows that a product has met certain quality specifications and has been produced according to strict regulation (Italian law ref.: legge regionale 23/2003 art. 8).
QM indication grants: Quality: product must meet strict quality specifications and is subject to controls by and independent organization, who is in turn subject to controls by Marche Region. Traceability: a regional integrated software (Si.Tra) has been developed to uniform all region's products traceability and tracking. Information: it is given to consumers purchasing our products.
MARCOZZI is specialized in the production of dried egg-pasta. We do produce dried egg-pasta and 100% spelt integral pasta. Our dried egg-pasta can be preserved for at least 24 months while our 100% spelt integral pasta can be preserved for at least 36 months.
