Sulla is a characteristic forage plant of clay soil of Mediterranean region: it flowers at the end of the spring with a beautiful red flower.
Il MIELE DI SULLA si produce nell'Italia centrale, meridionale ed insulare. Sulla honey is produced in the central, southern and islands of Italy. With a light color like white, with crystallization in white paste, with not soluble crystal, the smell and the taste are very delicate with a pleasant vegetable note.

TIPS: thanks to its delicate taste it can be use everywhere, it prefers fresh cheeses like ricotta.
