Being part of legume family, Robonia is a plant that contains many nectar. It has a very light color, among the clearest ever, with no crystallization, a very faint smell and the delicate vanilla taste remembers flower perfume.
TIPS: its’ recommended as natural sweetener because it is delicate. Thanks to its soft and floreal taste make it an excellent table honey especially if combined with less maturing cheeses.
