Smell: there is a delicate presence of honey, liquorice, vanilla, ripe hay, peach, sweet sensation with high intensity until aromatic tendency. Taste: it’s a sweet grappa, very mellow, velvety, persistent aromas of honey, hints of fruit in syrup, very dense, and very drinkable. Its aftertaste is mellow with sweet veins of honey and tobacco aromas. Pairing: a smoking grappa, a chocolate grappa with a high cocoa content, at the end of the meal, chatting and talk.
